How to order a custom caravan or trailer
You get a written specification and a written quotation before any work starts. Here is each step and what we need from you.
Consultation
Call, email or send the form. We ask how you travel, who travels with you, what you tow with and what you want to spend.
Specification
We draw the layout with you and agree the systems and finish. Everything is written down, so both sides know exactly what is being built.
Quotation
You receive a written quotation for the agreed specification, so you know the price before work starts.
Build
We build your caravan or trailer at our workshop in Sharjah and fit it out to the agreed specification.
Handover
We run pre-delivery checks, then hand over the trailer with the documents listed in your quotation.
What to have ready for the first call
- How you travel: trip length, nights away and the ground you drive on
- Who travels: adults, children and anyone with extra needs
- Your tow vehicle, your budget and when you need the trailer
What your quotation states
- The agreed layout, systems and finish
- The price for that scope and the payment terms
- Whether VAT, registration and delivery are included
After handover
After-sales terms, including any warranty, are set out in your written quotation, so you know them before you order.
Payments
We don't take payments on this website. Payment terms are agreed in your written quotation.
